GRUPO ONCOMET informs users of the website of its policy regarding the treatment and protection of personal data of users and clients that may be collected by browsing on or contracting services through its website.
ONCOMET GROUP guarantees compliance with the current legislation on personal data protection, reflected in the Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th of December, on the Protection of Personal Data and in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of the 21st of December, approved by the Development Regulation of the LOPD.

As long as the user data are processed by GRUPO ONCOMET. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data.
To exercise these rights, the user must send written information, providing documentation proving his identity (DNI or passport), either to the following address: Fundación Ramón Domínguez, Street: Avda Choupana S/N (Complexo Hospitalario de Santiago de Compostela), Post Code: 15706, City: Santiago de Compostela, Province: A Coruña, or the address that is substituted in the General Registry of Data Protection. Said communication must provide the following information: Name and surnames of the user, the content requested, the address and the supporting data.
The exercise of rights must be performed by the user or executed by a person authorised as legal representative of the user. In such cases, the documentation proving this representation of the interested party must also be provided.
